CCM Marketing Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad (CCM) and Pos Malaysia Berhad (PMB) have signed a strategic agreement to enable CCM to promote and market its products through PMB’s online transaction portal www.posonline.com.my. The CCM’s products are listed under the PosNiaga eShop.
The online shopping facility provides customers a secure and convenient mode to purchase any of the 36 CCM products available on the PosNiaga eShop, which covers two categories – health supplements for children and adults as well as its range of home garden fertilizer products.
CCM Berhad Group Managing Director Dato’ Dr Mohd Hashim Tajudin hailed the signing of the agreement as a strategic partnership between two government-linked companies (GLCs) enabling both parties to maximize each other’s expertise and resources in the promotion and marketing of products through the online channel.
“Online procurement of our products will provide great convenience for our customers who can now access our wide range of items 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customers also have the convenience of making payments by debiting their accounts with CIMB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Bank Rakyat, Bank Islam and PosPay.
“The PosOnline portal gives CCM the opportunity to reach out to people in remote destinations as a gift through Pos Laju as delivery agent. This initiative is in line with our commitment to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. Among the CCM items available online are CHAMPS range of children’s health products, Proviton multivitamins, Donna for effective relief of osteoarthritis symptoms and Natberry for relief of tired eyes as well as HortiFert range of home garden fertilizer products.
