For the current financial year ended 31 December 2008, the Board of Directors of CCM Duopharma Biotech Berhad has proposed a Final Tax Exempt Dividend of 7.0 sen per share. The proposed final tax exempt dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The entitlement and payment dates of the dividend will be announced at a later date.
